This is a work by my one of my favorite designers. Theyre the Dutch duo named Victor and Rolf. This dress is from their 2009 spring collection. It is a dress with the frock sliced in half between the top and bottom. It almost seems to defy gravity. It is fabulous in both conception and execution. I can’t express how much I am in love with this dress. The turquoise color of the dress seems whimsical and soft, which enhances the illusions of anti gravity.
